Spaghetti Squash Puttanesca

1 large spaghetti squash
1/4-1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup black olives

1 tablespoon dried basil (or fresh, if you have it)

1 tablespoon drained capers
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

1. Cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise, clean out seeds, place face down in a microwave-safe glass pan with about 1/2 inch standing water and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until it can be easily forked through.
2. Fork out the meat of the spaghetti squash and put in a bowl.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with spaghetti squash.
